Shipping Policy

Your orders will go through two phases before delivery:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

  1. Artwork Previews: You will receive artwork previews via email within 2-3 business days.
  2. Approval & Printing: Once you approve the artwork, we will confirm your order, and it will enter the production process within 24 hours. If we do not receive any modification requests within 48 hours of sending the preview, we will proceed with the assumption that the image is approved without issues. The production itself will take an additional 3-5 business days to ensure the highest quality standards.
  3. Packing & Shipping: After printing, it will take another 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. (Please note: Lower temperatures may extend this timeframe.) We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
  4. For Larger Orders: If your texture art order size exceeds 20” x 20”, please allow an additional 4 days for processing. Products created using 3D texture painting techniques require extra time to set and prevent cracking.

Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated at 7-10 days.

    Important Notes:

    • These timeframes are estimates based on the delivery times for the majority of orders. Actual processing and shipping times may vary, especially during order surges.
    • If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
      1. Contact Your Local Shipping Carrier: Use the local tracking number found in the original tracking email we sent you.
      2. Request a Certificate of Non-Delivery: If your carrier states they do not have this certificate, visit their office in person and request it according to their complaint policy.
