1.Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes, of course. We can make up to 3 pets for products size over 20‘’×20‘’.

2.Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.

Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

3.Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

4. How is the canvas frame installed?
To prevent shipping damage, we will separate the canvas and frame for products sized 20”×20” and larger. An installation video is attached for your convenience. You can click the link below directly:

Your orders will go through two phases before delivery:

Processing Time

1. Artwork Previews: You will receive artwork previews via email within 2-3 business days.
2. Approval & Printing: Once you approve the artwork, we will confirm your order and it will enter the production process within 24 hours. The production itself will take an additional 3-5 business days to ensure the highest quality standards.
3. Packing & Shipping: After printing, it will take another 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. (Please note: Lower temperatures may extend this timeframe.) We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
4. For Larger Orders: If your order size exceeds 20” x 20”, please allow an additional 4 days for processing. Products created using 3D texture painting techniques require extra time to set and prevent cracking.

Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1、Headshot Portrait Customization: If the pet photo you upload is taken from an uneven angle, with the pet curled up or with any part of the body obstructed, we can only create a headshot portrait focusing on the upper body of your pet. This is to ensure that we capture the facial details and characteristics of your pet, making the final portrait more artistic and personalized.

We do not accept refunds for images that are difficult to compose because the photos you provided are unclear or incomplete. For details, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy

2、Full-Body Portrait Customization: If the pet photo you provide is a clear, unobstructed front view, with the pet in a natural and clear pose, we can create a full-body art portrait of your pet. In this case, we can fully depict your pet's posture, showcasing richer details and a more dynamic feel.
